Our workforce is crumbling under stress, anxiety, and mental health issues. What are the obstacles? Individuals, teams, and leaders are taxed with keeping up with a state of constant transition and it’s taking its toll in today’s world of work. This is resulting in more fixed mindsets, making everyone averse to the concept of change.

How can you facilitate cognitive change to improve learning and other outcomes? With the power of resilience. A resilient mind, in comparison to a fixed mind, is open to learning, adaptable to change, and agile in the face of stress.

Dr. Lucy English, will lead the audience in learning about their thinking styles and go-to emotions. They will identify their go-to emotion when under stress, as well as the cognitive misconceptions they may have. Then Dr. English will highlight the tools and techniques proven to better manage emotional reactions and deep-seated thinking styles so that they can more easily move from stress reaction in the midbrain, to rational, creative and calm thought in the frontal lobe. Learn how to maximize higher level cognitive skills , across your organization, with years of proven data, psychology, and neuroscience.
